Scope
This policy applies to:
- visitors of this website,
- people contacting us through forms or email.
Data we process
We may process:
- contact data: name, email, company;
- inquiry/project data you submit in forms (for example: need, timeline, budget, message, requirements, examples, current setup, optional integration/system hints);
- technical anti-spam fields from forms (for example honeypot and form fill time);
- communication data contained in email correspondence;
- minimal technical access data processed by hosting infrastructure (if logged by the provider), such as IP address, request time, URL, and user-agent.
- consent and analytics preference data (for example whether analytics was accepted/rejected in the cookie settings).
- analytics event data (only after consent), for example page views and interaction events such as form success and mailto clicks.
Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for:
- responding to inquiries and pre-contract communication
legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b);
- handling business communication and service follow-up
legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and/or Art. 6(1)(f);
- website security, abuse prevention, and technical maintenance
legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
- audience measurement and website analytics (GA4), only where consent was given
legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Data recipients (processors)
Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf:
- hosting and mail infrastructure: LH.pl (Poland).
- security/CDN infrastructure: Cloudflare (traffic protection, performance, and availability).
- analytics infrastructure: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited).
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some technical website traffic data may be processed via Cloudflare infrastructure, which can involve processing outside the EEA depending on routing and configuration.
Where required, we rely on lawful safeguards under GDPR (for example, contractual safeguards such as SCCs).
If analytics is enabled by consent, analytics data may also be processed by Google infrastructure, which can involve processing outside the EEA depending on routing and Google configuration.
Retention periods
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose:
- inquiry and contact data: up to 24 months from last meaningful contact;
- technical anti-spam/security data: up to 90 days (where applicable);
- consent preference data in browser storage: until changed by the user or browser data is cleared;
- if data is needed for legal claims or legal obligations, we may retain it longer for that specific purpose.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability (where applicable),
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If your habitual residence is in the Netherlands, you may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16.
