About Netari

Practical web development, direct communication.

Netari is run by Bartosz, usually Bart in day-to-day communication, a freelance web developer based in Tiel, the Netherlands.

I work directly with small businesses, webshop owners, agencies, designers and other freelancers. Netari is not a big agency and not a cheap website factory. It is a practical technical service focused on clear communication, useful implementation and solving real web problems.

One technical contact

You communicate directly with the person doing the work. No account layer, no vague handoff, no unnecessary process.

Remote by default

Netari is based in Tiel, the Netherlands, and works with businesses across the Netherlands. Clear remote projects across Europe are also possible when the fit is right.

Practical implementation

The focus is on building, fixing and improving websites and webshops in a way that is understandable and maintainable.

Technical background

Laravel and PHP

Custom Laravel applications, Blade templates, PHP logic and practical backend implementation.

WordPress and WooCommerce

Theme work, technical fixes, WooCommerce support, plugin cleanup and existing website improvements.

PrestaShop and webshops

Support with webshop setup, checkout issues, migrations, product configuration and technical cleanup.

Frontend basics done properly

HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript with attention to responsive layouts, accessibility and maintainability.

Databases and hosting

MariaDB/MySQL, Linux hosting, deployment basics, backups, logs and the practical side of keeping sites online.

Technical problem-solving

Debugging broken flows, slow pages, outdated setups, integration issues and unclear technical problems.

How I prefer to work

The work is usually smoother when the goal is clear, the scope is realistic and communication stays direct.

1. Understand the situation

I first try to understand what you need, what is already there and what problem the work should solve.

2. Keep the scope practical

I prefer clear steps over vague big promises. Small, useful progress is usually better than unnecessary complexity.

3. Implement clearly

The work is done with readable code, sensible structure and attention to how the site will be maintained later.

4. Explain what changed

You get a practical explanation of what was done, what to check and what might need attention next.
