What data is collected

When you submit a contact form or Website Check request, Netari may collect the details you provide and technical information needed to protect the website.

• Name, email address and optional phone number
• Website URL, selected services, message, urgency, budget indication and preferred contact method
• Preferred date and time for a follow-up when using the Website Check form
• IP address, user agent, source page and submission time
• Cookie consent choice stored in your browser
• Analytics and advertising measurement data only when you give consent

Why data is used

Personal data is used only for practical business purposes connected to your enquiry or the operation of the website.

• To respond to your message or Website Check request
• To understand the technical context of your website or webshop
• To prevent spam, abuse and security issues
• To keep basic records of enquiries and communication
• To improve the website using Google Analytics 4 when consent is given
• To measure advertising performance through Google Ads or Meta Pixel only when consent is given and those tools are enabled

Legal basis

Form submissions are processed because you ask Netari to contact you or take steps before a possible agreement. Basic security logging is processed for legitimate interest. Analytics, advertising measurement and marketing-related consent signals are processed only after consent.

Analytics, advertising and Consent Mode

If configured, this website may use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement and Meta Pixel. These tools are used only according to your cookie choice.

Google tags are loaded with Google Consent Mode v2. By default, analytics and advertising storage are denied. If you reject non-essential cookies, Google tags may receive limited consent-status pings without normal analytics or advertising cookies. If you accept analytics or marketing choices, the corresponding consent signals are updated.

Netari does not use analytics tools to identify individual visitors personally.

How long data is kept

Lead form submissions are normally kept for up to 3 months, unless the enquiry becomes an active project, there is ongoing communication, or retention is needed for legal, tax or business administration reasons.

Netari does not use the forms to subscribe you to a newsletter.

Sharing data

Netari does not sell personal data. Leads are handled through the website database and email notification to hello@netari.eu. Data may be processed by hosting, email hosting, analytics, advertising measurement or technical service providers where needed to run the website and communicate with you.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, access credentials, payment details or other sensitive information through the contact forms. If sensitive access details are needed for a project, they should be shared through a safer method such as a one-time secret or another agreed secure channel.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for cookies through the cookie settings link in the footer.
