Netari, based in Tiel-Passewaaij and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83533311, is responsible for personal data processed through this website. Questions can be sent to hello@netari.eu.
Data processed
Through the contact or Website Check form, Netari may process your name, email address, phone number, contact preference, website URL, project information and message. The submission is sent only as an email to hello@netari.eu and is not stored in a lead database. A temporary derived value of the IP address is used for security and rate limiting.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used to assess and answer your request and prepare possible next steps. This is done at your request before a possible agreement. Technical data is used to protect forms and systems. Non-essential analytics is activated only after consent.
Service providers
Netari does not sell personal data. Necessary hosting, email and security providers may process data. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare performs the security check. Analytics providers are used only when analytics is configured and you have consented.
Retention
Form submissions are not stored in a separate database. The received email and any correspondence remain in the mailbox only as long as needed to respond, deliver an assignment and meet administrative or legal obligations. Temporary rate-limit data is overwritten.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn. Email hello@netari.eu. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
